Cami is amazing! I was in town for work and looking for a place to grab a game last minute and I’m so glad I stumbled upon Goodbounce! Cami could not have been more gracious and hospitable. She went above and beyond to help me - someone she knew she would likely never see again - and she did it with enthusiasm and without hesitation. Cami is the embodiment of customer service and what makes pickleball so great and I will make it a priority to return whenever I am in town. Thank you!

Amy’s service during our private event was top notch. She explained play, helped run a tournament, and made sure food and bev service went smoothly. Everyone at the event was raving! Highly recommend this location for an indoor pickleball event!

Not a fan of the "Use Permission and Release" portion of the liability waiver. Maybe it's because I am older and don't post to social media that much, but it kind of makes me uncomfortable that they require customers to sign away the use their name and voice just to play some pickleball. It begins "I hereby give Goodbounce Pickleball Yard and its agents, affiliates and designee’s permission to use or distribute, without limitation or obligation, my image, name, voice, and words for any purpose connected with Goodbounce Pickleball Yard, including promotional, marketing, training, informational, and archival uses."
