4 stars only because the playground is so small, but it's very clean and cute. It has some things that are unique. There's a nice path for walking or biking. There's also little stations for exercising.

Excellent for a dog walk. Trails for a hike. Energi workout and calisthenics for those targeted agility, or missed gym days. I miss the basketball crowd, a once future past, in lieu of the removal of the court. There is still a goal behind the church. A small play area for kids. Plenty of real estate for baseball, football, futbol, or drills for whatever. A quiet scenic park for family fun!

Idle Hour Park is a hidden gem, located behind Freedom Dodge and beside the Lexington Senior Center. Unless you know the area, you might miss it. What I'm trying to say is, this park is perfect for when you don't want the hustle and bustle of crowded parks. It's perfect for my fellow Introverts! It offers everything you would want in larger parks. It would be perfect for a family get-together or a nice picnic with your significant other. If you have small children, this is the Perfect play date location. You won't have to worry about your small child being knocked over by bigger, more rambunctious children. If you're a bird/nature watcher/photographer, this is the park for you!! It's so quiet and peaceful. It's your very own piece of paradise!
