Very functional well equiped old school gym. Nautilus and hammer strength equipment and specialized lifting tools like reverse hyper and gluteham machine.

good clean gym overall but the customer service makes the gym not enjoyable. I’ve been there multiple times and the staff up front definitely hates when you ask questions. Went in recently and this older lady with a light colored dress was unnecessarily rude and obnoxious just like a few others, sadly, you only run into welcoming staff here and there.

They have a great outdoor swimming pool. It’s a nice place. Unfortunately the foul mouth teens that come to the pool every year make it a non-family friendly atmosphere. Many days last year(2022) the pool closed early due to these foul mouthed teens. 😔 maybe if the teens that liked to use the foul language got sent home early, and their parents were notified , maybe the parents would do something about it. I’m not going to add pictures.
