We hosted a team planning meeting in the private room with pickle ball after. The room was absolutely perfect!! The food was really good for both lunch and dinner. The service was amazing!! Isabel was wonderful to work with and followed every detail to perfection. And ending a long meeting day with some pickleball was so fun!! We were so happy with everything!! Thank you!!

Absolutely outstanding customer service at Pickle Haus in Algonquin! Isabel and Jorden went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. I had a 7:15 PM reservation on Friday, July 21, 2025, for pickleball, but due to a mix-up, our booking was switched to golf. Without hesitation, they comped the golf and showed us how to play. Not only that, but Jorden and Isabel personally came over to chat and even showed us how to use the virtual golf system. Jorden is one of the owners, and Isabel is the event manager. To top it all, our drinks were covered, and Jorden, out of pure kindness, surprised us with a delicious appetizer. We later ordered two pizzas. and from start to finish, we were treated like absolute queens. When I say this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—I truly mean it! If you're looking for a fun night out, I highly recommend Pickle Haus for some pickleball and incredible hospitality. Huge thanks to Isabel and Jorden for making our night extra special!

We had so much fun last night. We rented one Cabana and one standard court. We had six boys from the age of 15-19 on the standard court for an hour for them. On Cabana 8 is our favorite court was us 4 adults. The boys came over and we had matches between us all. Food was good and service was great! Jordan was very welcoming of all the young Men last week and again this week! Thank you for making them feel so welcome.
