Had a great time! Have read several reviews lamenting the spacing of the courts and the prices. We paid $15 for open play from 11 am - 2 pm which seemed very reasonable. The racket rental was an extra $5. We didn’t order drinks, but when you break the cost down, that’s about $7 per hour for two people. Noticed that folks did have to stop game play from time to time because of stray balls, but the games proceeded pretty quickly even with a packed court. Also found the people and staff to be cordial and helpful. We ended playing 3 games and decided to enjoy the day elsewhere but had a great time overall. Red Bull sponsored the day as well and handed out few ones to those who wanted it - not bad 😎 I would recommend coming with 4 people for a more “comfortable” experience but we enjoyed everyone we met and played against. Definitely going back!

They really don’t care on investing in the experience for players. There is NOWHERE to change clothes on premises. You are told, “you can use a port a pottie”. Change in a port a pottie? Really?? You know how much room, how fresh and I can’t wait to stand there in my socks changing shoes? And that’s the only type of bathroom service you’ll get. Meanwhile they have at least a half dozen metal shipping containers which can easily made into one changing space. There is puddling on the court. Do they squeegee it off? No, you signed a waiver, they don’t care and you’re at your own risk. Do they manage any sort of rotation or paddle up area for open play session? No. Everybody grabs a court and stays on it. They’ve spent money on surfacing, painting courts with temporary nets and charge you at least $18 to show up. If you’re there at night, as I was, the lights hit you right in the eye and you lose the ball all the time. Courts are too close to each other. There was nothing thought or planned about this money grab property. Hard pass!! You’re far better off at a park or anywhere else.

Awesome experience! Great pace to go and just hang out or play pickleball. Being new to pickleball and not very good it was nice to get a court not right next to another court (I don’t know if they do this for everyone, but the women who helped us was great). Free yard games and bull riding (18+).
