Pros: Nice, clean property. They keep up with the trash and landscaping, and overall its a quiet place to live. Very family friendly. The front office is very communicative and will respond promptly to questions. Cons: The new parking assignments. The guest parking spots fill up by 8/9 pm, or your guest has to go find a spot farther away and walk. This has been challenging for hosting over the holidays, because there hasn't been anywhere for our friends to park... You can get the guest parking passes for extended periods, but for again not great for multiple friends coming over for one evening. They will ticket or tow your car and are very strict with this, and the parking tickets are $150... We didn't get a chance to tell our sister in law about the new parking and she had only been here for a few minutes while the ticket guy was going around and he gave her a ticket. Thankfully we saw it happen and ran outside, he was nice enough to take it back once we explained and she moved her car. But downtown Boise doesn't even charge that much for a parking ticket... We've seen cars with multiple tickets stacked up while walking around the complex, which is easily hundreds of dollars for just a small complex out in Nampa. I get how it could have been frustrating to not be able to park right in front of your home as a resident, but think they should have left it at one assigned spot out front and the rest open for anyone to park in. It's only been about 2 months since this started and it's honestly a little ridiculous. If we would have known they would have changed the parking rules like this after we already lived here for a few months, we would have considered living somewhere else since we enjoy hosting. If you don't mind the parking situation and don't have people over that often, it really isn't that bad of a place to live. But for a complex out in the middle of nowhere Nampa, this was not expected.

We love it here! Pet friendly, with a strict policy on cleaning up after your dog. Enforced parking with a permit so renters have easy access to their townhouses. Property is kept up nicely. The new management team is very good at communication and responds promptly to issues. We highly recommend Southside townhouses.

I was lucky to be the first renter in a brand new apartment. I live in a two bedroom, two bath ground floor unit. Modern, well designed and spacious. Friends and family have raved about my apartment for two years. It’s been easy to clean and heating/air conditioning has been very reasonable. Management has been terrific to work with and my neighbors have been terrific. Really love everything about this apartment
