Lifetime Fitness is my favorite exercise facility that I’ve ever joined. The facilities are immaculate and include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, free weights, cardio equipment, classes, a kids academy, spa, cafe, hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Classes and trainers are excellent.

Lifetime Fitness in Urbandale is, without a doubt, the best gym in Iowa! The facility is immaculate, spacious, and packed with top-of-the-line equipment for every fitness need. The sauna is an absolute must every time I visit—it’s the perfect way to relax and recharge after a workout. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, and the variety of classes and amenities is unmatched. If you’re looking for a premium fitness experience, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to the team at Life Time Urbandale, IA, for welcoming the Wayzata Girls Basketball Team and allowing them to shoot at the gym. Special appreciation to Rachel and Kristi with concierge for their kindness and support. As a Life Time member in MN, it was incredibly convenient and reassuring to find another location near our hotel. We truly appreciate the hospitality!
