Play structures for young children (2 - 5 years) and older children (5 - 12 years). I brought my toddler and we enjoyed our time. Slides, swing set, climbing. As the photos show, both structures are at least partly wheel chair or handicapped accessible. The paved sidewalks lead right up to the platforms. Also included is a paved walkway that loops the park, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, and a spot in the field for baseball batting practice, maybe. I didn’t see a baseball diamond or bases, but there was a cage. Lots of open grass for running around. I saw many people walking their dogs. Men and women’s restrooms, water fountain, covered picnic tables, trash can, decent parking lot.

Went with kids in autumn and it was beautiful. In the evening mostly elementary kids and toddlers around which means lots of parents around. Kids Friendly place with neighborhood families around. On the weekends you can see people playing volleyball ,frisbee and others. Saw dogs being walked and some puppies in prams riding around enjoying the good weather before winter. Basketball court was being enjoyed by kids . Little parking lot for cars too.wheelchair parking and easy access. Closes in the night.

This used to be our favorite park for our family. I have a 11, 9 and 4 year old. There was also such nice shade. One of the few parks with shade. I would even play with them on it. I just went today after it reopened. They hacked at the trees, so a lot of the shade is gone. Also, this park is now not really enjoyable for older than 5. They babied it up. My 4.5 year old got bored after 10 to 15 mins. This is barely a playground anymore. Sadly, this happening to a lot of parks around me. To the people creating these structures. You need to broaden your features. From little to older. It is sad this is no longer I park we can really enjoy anymore.
