Cedar Rapids - Jones Park pickle-ball courts. New, nice, lighted at night, I wish Marion would build a dedicated set like these. We haven’t had to wait for a court yet, and the other players are friendly. The only down side of it is the neighborhood kid on his dirt bike believes this is his personal track…

We are so pumped the city built these pickleball courts. There are 10 courts with fences separating each court to help wrangle errant balls. We've brought our kids once a week since they opened. The city is planning to add lighting which will extend play time as the days have started getting shorter. There is a shade structure with some seating and a water fountain station. There is a portable toilet. The pickleball community has been incredibly welcoming and we look forward to years of playing at Jones Park Pickleball Courts.
