Came to the Hardeeville area from St. Petersburg, FL to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and was looking for a place to get a workout in. Found this gym less than 10 minutes from the South Carolina Welcome Center. It was a great surprise that a day pass for non-residents was only $5. I've gotten enough day passes before to know that's SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the usual $15-$25 you'll find elsewhere. The facility itself is quite spacious and clean, with pretty much everything you'd need for a solid workout. Bill at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating (I apologize if I'm getting your name wrong, but I'm 99% sure that's what I remember). He even offered to help me find the best hotels in the area after I mentioned coming from Florida during the hurricane, which saved me time

Just opened last week! Very nice, new facility with fitness center, running track, gymnasium, racquetball courts, and classrooms. Membership rates are fair and centralized location is great. No fitness classes yet, but I heard they’ll be posted on the website soon.

Brand new facility. The fitness room is great: well equipped (cardio, weights...) and super clean. Staff is very nice and day pass is very affordable. We will be back!
