Beautiful public Tennis and Pickleball Center. I counted 16 dedicated pickleball courts, 4 Clay tennis courts and didn't count the hard tennis courts. The pro shop carries both tennis and pickleball gear. Everyone I spoke with was friendly.

Love that this place is in our neighborhood. I just started playing tennis a few weeks ago (have been wanting to learn and do so for years), and they have an awesome beginner's clinic. The instructors are great, and it's been so helpful. I'm having such a good time and highly recommend this place-whatever the skill level.

The courts are nice, but we were greeted by discrimination which left us extremely unhappy. Our group, consisting of 3 couples, a grandmother and a 1 month old baby (all of Asian ethnicity) had reserved a pickleball court (specifically court #4) for 12PM and had arrived about 15 minutes early to try and get settled in. Upon entering the courts, we received a number of glaring stares from a majority of the white women who were there. A woman from court 1 yelled at us to move even though we were not close to her court, and another woman from court 3 who was clearly annoyed by our presence, told us that we are only allowed inside the pickleball area during our reserved timeslot. During this time, Court 2 was empty and according the the website, it was unreserved, so we politely asked her it was ok if we could warm up there. She then doubled down and angerly told us it was being used and that we had to leave. So, we listened and waited until 12pm to enter. The same women who glared at us earlier, stayed inside the pickleball area for nearly 15 minutes after their timeslots had ended, which according to them is not allowed. There were also a couple of white men at court 4 who then moved to court 3 to continue playing, and the same women who scolded us said absolutely nothing to them even though it was clear those men hadn't made a reservation for court 3. Just to be clear, we did not have a problem with the rules, the issue is that we were treated with prejudice and a number of racial microaggressions which made us feel completely unwelcomed. so if you are looking for an inviting, non judgmental place to enjoy playing pickleball, I would advise you that you look elsewhere. Otherwise you could run into... A bunch of Karens.
