I attend the line dance class there every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm. Whether you are new to line dancing or an old pro, you will fit right in. Don't worry if you don't know or catch on to all of the steps right away because there are some really kind ladies who will call out the steps for you. It is fun and great exercise.

Its been long overdue rating and reviewing this facility and staff. Ive been going to this rec since the late Mr. Freeman was the Director. The gym provides room for many of activities that anyone can take part in. Basketball, my activity of choice, is the main reason i keep coming back. The staff members are also very laidback but are still holding it down when necessary. I like that the Parks & Recs allow the gym to be used for more than ballin. Opportunities for those seeking out volleyball or even badminton are available at scheduled times. The facility even hosts voting! My experience at Psalmond has always been peaceful and conflict-free. Feels comfortable knowing its a safe for public use and most of all the freedom to govern yourself while having fun.

This is certainly one of the best kept secrets when it comes to recreation. It's very well maintained and clean. The staff are always kind and helpful. The gym is my favorite.
