Usually come to this rec. center on my lunch breaks. The staff are very welcoming and polite. Consistently showing that they have no discriminatory views on visitors. Of course a sign in sheet is present when entering the facility. This rec center is much older and smaller than most of the other recs in Columbus..nothing at all compared to Psalmond Rd; another rec that i frequently visit. The gyms floor size appears to be smaller but i could be wrong. It still has full length court equipped with two goals, one on opposite ends. The staff provides music via a bluetooth speakerbox system..so hoopers can enjoy a nice variety of rap and hip hop. The male bathroom has two open stalls. One urinal and toilet. The open stalls are made of cynder blocks that offer floor to ceiling privacy. If a person was facing the urinal, the walls will be on the left and the right..leaving visibability from the rear. Gameroom has many board games and activities for youth such as ping pong, pool, and fooseball. Overall its not packed and its fairly quiet if you wabt to stop in for a momebt out the day to shoot around or come in to explore other activities they have to offer.
