Nice neighborhood tennis courts in a park setting. Only two courts that can be busy and are in pretty good shape but not always maintained (leaves and debris on the courts).

Hidden gem...but unfortunately pickleball on one court only and utilizing existing tennis net. Waste of valuable space. Would have been much better to have two pickleball courts marked on each tennis court allowing players to bring their own portable nets. These would give more people a place to play PB outdoors which is very hard to find inside the perimeter.

Courts are clean. Lots of brooms around. Southside of the court is slightly high but its a nice spot. High trees. Not too many cracks👍🏽
