It's now a homeless encampment disguised as a playground. For the record, I've no issue with people seeking shelter there. I'm leaving the 1 star review because I wouldn't recommend to bring your kids here to play.

Admittedly, the only interactions I've had with this park have 108% been bc the Really Really Free Market is hosted there, the 2nd Saturday of every month, from noon till around 1:30p, and its a great place to bring stuff that's useful but just not for you, anymore, and then find treasures amongst what others no longer need! The rest of the park seems neat but I'll admit I've seldom seen folks there for non RRFM reasons...

Join us for Really Really Free Market every second Saturday here Donate what you don't need and take what you need. No money necessary. Very small park with play area, basketball court and large covered picnic area. Right near downtown. Streetside parking only!
