I’ve tried playing here twice. I’ve played in three states and MANY courts and clubs… this by far was terrible… first time I’ve experienced such poor behavior. Not one court was open to rotating in. I took an empty court and practiced on my own until a few other people with similar experiences came along… we were the only rotating court and had a ball. Second time … again no rotating in… played one game with a group of three who were waiting for a fourth… once he showed up they clearly wanted me to leave. I went into the covered area… there you at least have a place to rotate paddles. I’m an outgoing encouraging happy player. Miserable closed off bunch the lot of them. I also noticed at the end of my only not so friendly game and after a group of three disregarded my paddle position that I was also the only female in the covered area. I moved down to another court to try yet again but by that point I just felt what’s the point. There are better places to play that actually carry the positive spirit of pickleball as a SOCIAL SPORT. You won’t find it here.

One of the reason why it looks like there is no rotation is due to each court is fenced. Please have a rotate system so everyone can enjoy the game.

New players are not welcomed. The park pickleball area has become a private clubhouse rather than a public sports park. No more tennis courts! Spend some of that money to improve baseball & soccer fields, fix roads & parking by the fields not just pickleball parking. Build new tennis courts. This NLP administration & Hills County Parks is owned by private donations for personal favors.
