A bit confusing buying tickets. They do not take $ash at the gate. Terrible time traversing the ticket website. Even the ladies at the door didn't know how to work the ticketing process. Stood at the table trying to buy tickets on my phone along with about twenty people. Gainesville is much, much nicer now than I remember it from the past but a lot more traffic. I would attend another event here now that I've mastered the ridiculous ticketing process. Sad shame no one can be trusted to take cash anymore.

This is a sports arena, but the woman that sits at the front took it upon herself to come to my seven-year-old that he cannot play with his tennis ball. He was getting his energy out, not harming anybody. What kind of sports complex is this if children cant play sports while waiting. I had to tell him to sit back on his tablet AT A SPORTS complex. Reply to me was we don’t let the basketball players bounce their balls. I highly recommend people to take their events someplace else!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, wish there was more walking room to move around. Be careful when sitting up at the top. It seems as if the bleachers not pulled out all the way. The food was ok, but a bit pricey.
