First Impressions Lasley Park was a pleasant surprise. The expansive grassy areas, especially those bordering Florida Street, provide a serene backdrop for picnics, games, or simply soaking up the sun. The traffic noise from Florida Street was minimal, making it a relatively peaceful environment. Amenities and Facilities Lasley Park offers a variety of recreational amenities: * Playground: The large jungle gym is sure to keep kids entertained for hours. * Sports Facilities: There's a volleyball court for competitive play and a dated baseball diamond, which could use some updates but still provides a fun space for casual games. * Walking Trails: The well-maintained walking trails are ideal for leisurely strolls or brisk walks. * Tennis Court: For those who enjoy a game of tennis, the court is a welcome addition. * Picnic Area: The picnic tables and overhang near the jungle gym provide a convenient spot for enjoying meals or snacks. Overall Experience Lasley Park is a great local park that offers a variety of recreational opportunities. While the baseball diamond could benefit from some improvements, the overall cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and peaceful atmosphere make it a worthwhile destination for families and individuals alike.

Recently redone park! Great playground for both older and younger kids, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and large fields. They seem to keep this park very well maintained. They have an area with exercise equipment close to the playground. They have built in corn hole boards and a chess table too!

Brand new equipment, new play area for kiddos, bench swing, dog and human water fountains, volleyball court, and adult workout equipment! So happy the upgrades are finished. I cannot wait to use the park again! Half of the park has lots of shade, the other half does not, which is why it only gets 4 stars from me. However there are new grills at both ends of the park as well as a portipotty on each side.
