Hidden gem of a gym/fitness center. Low monthly charge for Lakewood residents and a reasonable amount of weights. It's clear that whoever purchases the equipment knows what they're doing!! A deadlifting platform with a deadlift jack, Rogue bench setup, along with a squat rack, smith machine and some very nice equipment picks make this my new favorite spot to lift. It's not massive but if you go in the morning, it doesn't seem too packed so far. There’s also 2 more weight rooms not pictured, including one with dumbbells from 5-100 and one room with weight machines. Very well equipped!

we go here to use the pool for swim clinics and training, and the occasional swim meet. the pool is cool, but there is very little space for spectators. you get wet. 😂

Lots of activities available here for the athletic type. Basketball, indoor track, swimming pool, weight rooms, racquetball courts, tennis courts, and aerobics, yoga, water aerobics, spinning classes ..phew!
