It's funny and sad how people leave bad reviews on a public place because they can't find it or because other people leave trash behind. This is a small, tony park, but it's an oasis. There aren't many parks around here, and I'm glad this one is. There's a basketball court, one metal table that people move around, and two benches. The playground is decent and clean, too. We have a new baby, and it's nice to walk here and sit for a while.

A quiet park with a few playground structures and a well maintained basketball court. The playground is shaded by mature trees. A mini park that is great for the local community but but worth a drive

This is a small and well-organized park. It is in a thoughtfully bordered space between the houses in the neighborhood. It is located on a walking path near the middle of the neighborhood, and has some beautiful older trees. The park has no bathroom or water fountain but there are shops and public venues only a few blocks away on college street. It has a basketball court, swings, and two play structures. One of the structures is aimed at younger kids and one at older kids. If your little kids like trains the smaller play structure is modeled as a train engine. There are four swings on the swing set, two are designed for kids who can't hold on by themselves and two standard swings. There are two benches for observing, and many of the trees are good for climbing. The medium on the ground is sand and is clean but for the pine needles in it. The grass is well maintained and the landscaping is quite lovely. The path through the park easily accommodates walkers, strollers, and wheelchairs but the sand under the swings and play structures would make it challenging for wheels. The basketball court has very nice asphalt and would be good for any level of mobility.
