Gates is an excellent facility with nice front desk staff, an affordable and quick stringing service, and knowledgeable pros. Unfortunately, pickleball now consumes almost half of the lit court space, and tennis courts are increasingly hard to come by on weekends and in the after-work hours. Some tennis programming also seems to have been cut as a result (e.g., the singles ladder). Drill instructors are friendly but drill classes would benefit from more focus on skill development and less "feed the ball and play a point" games.

For reserving a court, times do fill up quick, especially weekends. Very clean and well run facilities. We love coming here to play tennis with the ball machine! Best public courts we’ve found in Denver.

You can reserve courts and ball machines online in advance. You can buy or rent racquets, the offer stringing services, and they have a modest selection of shoes. You can also get some refreshments, but it is not a wide selection. They have their teams for tennis leagues, tennis lessons are offered...all at a pretty reasonable cost without a membership requirement.
