I’ve played racquetball here before, and have never had any issues with equipment, until today. I asked the two gentlemen at the front desk for a racquet, a ball, and for eye protection. They told me that there was no eye protection (which is a critical safety measure for racquetball) and they gave me a tennis racquet. I’m not sure if the rec center is skimping on equipment expenses or if some training is needed for the employees, but I was quite disappointed by the lack of equipment.

Love it there! It's refreshing to see our tax dollars put to good use. I currently take jazz dance classes there once a week, but my son also took swimming lessons there in the past. We've also used the swimming pool for recreational swimming during public hours. The location is so scenic - tucked right beside De Koevend park and surrounded by trees. Parking is ample but can still be a bit challenging on weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

This rec center is great! Has big gym and swimming pool. Has lots of racquetball courts! Conducts swim lessons. Has dance studio for kids and one of the few rec center to offer gymnastics lessons for kids!!
