We had the best experience celebrating our son’s 4th birthday at Vacaville Indoor Sports Complex! The jumpy houses were a huge hit, and the party room was colorful, clean, and the perfect space for a celebration. The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They made this Mama’s day a little easier and helped create wonderful memories for our birthday boy. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free party!

I never write reviews but feel this is much needed to warn people. If you are thinking about signing your child up for indoor school or lil kickers run! These people do not care it’s all about money! I true miss the last owners at least they cared and had great communication! The new owners bought this facility a few years ago but the last 3 years have been horrible at this facility. They avoid communication and are not up front with people when they decide to make changes. Examples this is the first year they decided they weren’t allowing teams to come in. Again no communication what so ever about stopping teams from entering but sure was in a hurry to take your money. They put it in small print on their website but could have put it in the mass email for reminders to sign up along with other changes they made. At least give people awareness. So they can decided if they want to continue doing indoor or not. They stated they want it to be fair for the children and no exceptions giving them a good experience. Come to find out they allowed a small group of kids from Winters to stay together. When we were told you can only request one buddy. How is this fair? Every year they change how they allowed teams to get a practice slot to rent. This year was a lottery system again no communication unless you went out of your way to ask. I honestly don’t have good faith that they were true while pulling names. I’m sure if they had issue with you in the past you were skipped. They talk about being fair but why is it ok for some teams to be able to practice on the field and the other teams are not allowed? Yep sure seems fair. Kids are not getting the same experience as everyone else. Their excuse practice is not require. What sport is played where you don’t have to practice?? You just have to show up for games??? Seriously! If they don’t have enough kids in a division they will make your child play up and mix the age groups. Again without telling you. Last year my child was in U8 we had kids on our team that just turned 7 and kids that were about to turn 9 much bigger then the smaller kids. Maybe this is why older kids that were about to turn 9 were winning vs the smaller kids. Had nothing to do with teams it had to do with the ages in some divisions. Coaching is voluntary they are so cheap they will not refund your whole registration fee after the season like other facilities for helping them out and coaching. They give you an 2 game discount. Pathetic. Even after raising their prices! They also do not do background checks like outdoor, so you do not know what kind of person your child coach is. Make sure you watch your child you never know what someone’s past is or who they really are. If your team does not have a coach. The facility will coach the team during the game only. Lastly the female owner is very nasty, rude, and unprofessional. She won’t listen to you or have a conversation with you. She shuts the conversation down and says “this is how it is, and oh well.” She’s more concerned with gum being in the facility than how parents and kids feel. We are done with indoor as well as several other parents after this season. Save your money and headache it’s not worth it.

This review is in regards to the new bounce houses they added. I’ve gone twice now. The first time was on an early Sunday morning about 9:30. It was only a little busy (about 6) kids playing. There was a younger ( maybe high school) age kid watching all the kids playing. He was very responsible and my kid had a great time. Now today, another Sunday about 1030-11am. There was a much older gentleman in charge of the bounce houses. I’m not entirely sure what was going on but he did not watch the kids the entire time I was there. First he was talking to 2 other adults, then he was busy holding a baby outside the play area away from the kids playing, then he was on his phone. I get it’s only $5 for kids to play, but some of these children were not being watched by their parents. Please inform all your staff!!!!
