This place has new ownership and it is amazing! I’m training for a comp and I love how much equipment they have. There’s now an entire room dedicated to upper body, an entire room dedicated to lower body, and an entire room for cardio. And another huge floor for plyometrics. This is the place if you’re someone focused on getting fit and building muscle, not looking cute or socializing. It may not be for everyone but I love it.

New member here at SCFC, Mason is the new owner and he is amazing. Place has major potential and he is renovating it to look better. He is a super chill/friendly guy that will help you with your workouts if needed. Prices are really affordable and over all is worth it. Right now the gym does not get packed due to it recently opening. But i guarantee it will be packed in the future.

The new owner, Mason, is AWESOME! Nothing like the old owner. Cares about the members and is very transparent about billings. He goes above and beyond! Has ALL of the equipment that anyone could ever need and it is such a big facility with so much equipment that it's hard to feel unmotivated or at a loss of what to do next.
