This location is consistently crowded, even on Saturday mornings. As others have pointed out, nearly half of the courts are often reserved for lessons, leaving fewer courts available for day-pass customers. I enjoy badminton, and Arena is the closest facility to my home. However, it would be helpful if the staff could inform customers of the court availability before allowing day-pass entry. This would allow players to decide whether to stay or look for another option, instead of waiting 30 minutes just to play one game. If you're considering playing at Arena, be prepared to take your chances on getting a court. Other facilities that offer memberships or better availability might be a more reliable option.

The atmosphere of this jym was absolutely toxic. The so-called “experienced” players had this irritating attitude of superiority, looking down on beginners as if they had no right to be there. To make matters worse, they would even ask the newbies to leave the court, claiming they “deserved” more time because they were better players. Honestly, isn’t the purpose of such spaces to enjoy sports and foster community? Why should being skilled at badminton give someone the privilege to hog the court? Does being a beginner mean you don’t deserve a place to play? This elitist behavior ruins the experience for everyone else and completely destroys the welcoming vibe that such places should have. Sports should be about inclusion and sharing, not creating hierarchies. If the management of the badminton court doesn’t address this toxic culture, it’s only a matter of time before beginners and casual players give up on the sport altogether.

Trying to picked up my racket and my friend from the service but had problem with picking up my friend racket bc it requires the person to pick it up and not me. Sorry though to say this but I come very far like about 50+ miles away from the arena and im not able to pick it up. who ever working in front of the store, this guy gotta do better. I have my friend phone number and even call him to talk to the guy who works there but refusing to talk to my phone because "he scared it's not the right person". THE TICKET ON THE RACKET HAVE THE DAMM PHONE NUMBER OF MY FRIEND AND THE SERIAL CODE OF THE TICKET and I HAVE MY FRIEND PHONE NUMBER!. but anyways BAD HANDLING SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD NOT WORK THERE. HIRE BETTER PERSON NEXT TIME. THANKS ALOT U WASTED MY GAS FOR NOTHING.
