While I’m relatively new to the sport and don’t have much to base it off, these are really well kept courts. I come here to utilize the ball machine and from what I know it’s pretty affordable. It’s around $33/hr, and I showed up early and had to wait for a court but Lisa at the front desk helped me grab a ball machine and told me where to go. She ended up coming out a few minutes later and let me know I could hop on another court instead of having to wait. Great experience, I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Be cautious when signing up for a program—you’ll need to decide if you want to continue after just the first class, session, and/or hour. After that, you’re locked in, and they keep your money.

Burbank Tennis Center has the best of both worlds. It’s inexpensive and accessible and down to earth as a public facility should be; and it’s very clean and has its own gourmet food cafe and beautiful courts that you’d expect from a private club. This is due to the owner Steve Starleaf who’s one of the nicest people I’ve met, an excellent coach and a club owner dedicated to keeping his facilities top notch. Also he has 2 well maintained green clay courts and finally Coach Mike runs an addictive live ball session several times a week which my wife and I did for years.
