This neighborhood is tight nit. Love that everyone knows each other! Very friendly, everyone walks their dogs and kids play at the park.

There are 3 workout areas with multipule pieces of equipment, a walking path a grassy area to run play fetch or relax and have a picnic. Toucan play basketball, play on the play equipment or swings. Lots of shade an picnic tables.
