Really nice place to appreciate Chico's beauty. Except for all the garbage left behind by homeless people. Walking by the creek, there was garbage everywhere. It was truly depressing.

CARD has amazing facilities for the Chico Community. CARD has invested alot of monies into building the 20th Street Pickleball courts. The courts have been abandoned from any maintenance by CARD. The new courts are covered in spilled sticky liquids, tree sap and leaves adhered to the sap. Time and effort for court maintenance will be required or the new courts will not be playable. Something new for CARD to allocate resources to these courts, but the time is now!
