Nice place! They put on a lovely Breakfast with Santa event for the children. I really appreciated all the hard work that went into it. The kids seemed to have a wonderful time!

The worst customer service at front dest on Friday October 25th around 12.40-12.55PM. They've keep on sending email for the room rental confirmation and I have sent email to reschedule the date. No one reply for the date and I called them no one responded. Whoever at front desk I talked today was saying under two weeks have no refund and no date change then I've been sent proof email that I have sent 3 weeks ago. As soon as I send email it say my email has been blocked and the reception lady saying that she have to check my email on her back computer. Keep on lying about the privacy concerns cancelation policy. Not sure about the policy. They processed my credit card for some transaction without any verbal or email confirmation. First time ever I book and this is the last because of this worst experience. Very careless. Waited for two weeks for booking confirmation because the rental department worker on vacation is funny too. While I was talking she hung up the call and second time she put on hold without responding. Shame. Very bad customer service. We tried to talk nicely but she keep on cutting up for some reason. Very bad customer service. 😑
