The fitness area inside this recreation centre is first rate. Excellent, well maintained equipment, professional staff, very clean, with respectful courteous clientele. Very refreshing. I have used two very popular gyms in South Surrey where you can't even use some equipment either because the trainers are using it or it's been stolen by patrons. This gym has it all and lots of it. Sample photos show how much is available and how well it's looked after. And it's only one workout station of many.

This is one of the recreation centers in Surrey I liked. I like GYM workout place . Many equipments here. This facility has basketball courts. badminton courts you can booked online. There are art programs and lessons here. My kids always attend camp here. Many free parking spots. Good community place in South surrey.

Specifically about the gym, this is a beautiful facility. It is clearly well-maintained and very clean. There is no women's section in their gym but don't let that deter you, there was a wide variety of people and everyone was very respectful. They have multiples of most of the machines, so don't hesitate to go out busy hours either!
