I like riding my bike here after running errands across the street at seafair. There is outdoor equipment where you can use a stepper, arm extension, arm lift, ab workouts, and bars for stretching. There is also public washrooms available nearby. It is a lively park with families playing and kids playing basketball and soccer.

Here is a big shout-out for the staff at the W. Richmond Community Centre, Richmond BC. I have been a member of the community centre for several years. The front office staff, trainers and custodian are very friendly. You are greeted with warmth and a smile and they will interact with you when they are not busy with other members. It is such a pleasure to go into the centre several times per week. As for the centre itself, I find it clean and organized whenever I enter the workout rooms. There are lots of pieces of equipment for cardio and for weightlifting, as well as space to do stretching. Thank you, Richmond, for such a wonderful facility and staff!

One of the best community centre experiences I have ever had. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their programs and amenities, and very respectful to anyone who enters their doors - from young to elderly. There are also a couple of yarn knitting groups there, the most impressive being an all-children group who produced the display at the community centre's entrance. Picture enclosed. PS The group is looking for any donations of yarn.
