Carver Park Track

Nice looking park with several Ramadas for family gatherings. Large green areas for playing sports. The tracks is great for running and walking. Don't recommend going too late after dark, I was approached by a drunk man at night and challenged me to a race......................................................................................................................................................................................👏

Not planning to ever go back. Went there to bring my kids to the playground. Good thing was there are two playgrounds but both are in rough shape. There seems to be a lot of homeless around including kids. It was very awkward trying to have my kids play there because the homeless kids were staring at us the whole time and following us around. The bathrooms have a fence around them and look like they may or may not end up getting repaired. There were two roofed areas with tables but one is fenced off and the other was occupied by the homeless so I just sat in the grass. The water pad area has a gate that was locked so not sure if it’s functional. Went there at 3pm on a Sunday.

I played Handball Tournament held by locals and it was a pleasant park and awesome friends and players. Thanks Yuma residents for all your hospitality.
