The Little Rock Athletic Club has a warm and welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. It features basketball courts, a track (where 12 laps equal a mile), and beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance, are always friendly and make everyone feel at home, greeting members with smiles and farewells. The locker rooms are well-stocked with shampoo, body lotion, and body soap, and fresh towels are always available.In addition to a great selection of classes, the club offers a large variety of free weights and circuit weight machines for strength training. Tennis and pickleball courts provide fun options for all skill levels, and massage equipment is available to help with relaxation and recovery. It’s truly a fantastic place to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy a top-notch fitness experience!

I love the Athletic Club. The Club has been a cornerstone in the Little Rock community since I was young, and as an older member now raising my son, I appreciate the Club for the infinite exercise options as well as the mentorship and family atmosphere that helps me keep a solid balance in life! Very strict on exclusive membership rules. I’m a traveling athlete and the ladies in charge here were surprisingly rude and offered me no options to check out the facility. Was told by a second Lady that if I wanted to purchase a membership I could get in, but she was essentially telling me I could not afford it. Perhaps it’s bad business to be telling potential clients what they can or can’t afford. Not traveler friendly at all, and these ladies are snobs. I would have gladly paid an expensive day rate to enjoy a nice facility. They don’t seem to understand that an appropriate day pass price will easily bring in the qualified members they are looking for. Terrible business model and they seem proud of it. Haven’t you ever heard of referral business? You won’t be getting that from me.
