Place is not only subpar facilities wise, but the coaching is mundane at best. Poorly run by egotistical manager who cares more about shoe inventory than well being of overall employees , members, and club. Go to matrix if you want an actual indoor tennis experience. Staff lacks adequate tennis knowledge and no one seems to be in control

Reserved an inside court at 8pm. Our court was taken by someone else. We reported to the front desk at 8:10. He didn’t check our reserved court until 8:25. The court was taken til 840. We stood around for 40 minutes without a court. Even though there was a reservations and our guests all paid. Terrible management.
