I almost use this facility on a daily basis. The gym is a little bit of a mess as far as set up... things all over the place. It seems to have little order, but I'm not an expert, but there's everything you need and a lot of it. The pool is really great for kids. I've brought my nephew here before and the shallow entrance pools and lazy river was great for him. The steam room is great too. When the diving boards are open its heaps of fun too. The indoor play park is an awesome way to break up the winter for this kids too.

Dear [Recreation Center Management], On January 23rd, my family and I visited the recreation center for the first time. Being new, we were unsure of where to go for the pool. We approached a staff member wearing a blue jacket, who was downstairs, and he kindly guided us to the family room. As senior individuals, we struggled to understand the locker system. The same staff member, whom I believe is named Vetin or Neaten, noticed and assisted us with incredible patience. He explained how to use the locker in a polite and friendly manner, making us feel very comfortable. Although I needed his help three times to understand, he remained calm, smiled, and treated me like a family member. His dedication, professionalism, and respectful behavior truly stood out. He even ensured my privacy by advising me to hide my code. This level of care and responsibility is commendable, and I am deeply thankful for his assistance. Nice facility with maintenance issues. Swimming facilities are typically overbooked with lessons, leaving little room for public swimming. Slide and fountain at the pool have been out of operation for quite some time. Security on site was good to see, water quality was good.
