This place will give you the motivation you need to get to the gym- which getting there is the biggest part of the battle for me! The classes & app are user-friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful and their kid’s program is not a daycare- it’s an actual program that lines up with adult classes! We love our new gym home ❤️

Love my gym! Member service is exceptional. You truly feel like they are glad to see you. Up to date and well maintained equipment as well as friendly, knowledgeable trainers keep you motivated to move. No pressure, stress-free environment let's you concentrate on the workout or class, whatever your doing. Whirlpools, saunas, & steam baths help with the after workout aches. The full-service spa on premises, LifeSpa, makes it possible to get an appointment for hair, nail, or massage before or after your workout. There is also a health conscious eatery on premises, LifeCafe, where you can get tasty, healthy food options to eat in or grab & go. ☆☆☆I can't imagine my life without Lifetime!☆☆☆
