Not a bad park for a quick stroll. Has almost everything you might want in a small city park in the middle of town. Has a walking trail, circuit track, large fields, pond, playground and wildlife(geese this time of year. Biggest drawback is the homeless camp attached to one side… But hey, the geese are great!

It has a tremendous potential to be a great family park. However, it is often filled with homeless individuals, broken glass, trash, and dirty needles. It gets cleaned up from time to time and then quickly returns to a state of unfortunate disrepair.

So many ducks, geese, pigeons, and seagulls. It is very pretty for those who like a small walk. Please teach your kids not to storm up to the geese. Watched some kid learn that lesson when trying to yell and touch a baby duck. Be ready for bird poo as well. You will see some homeless tents around but that can't really be helped. Pretty standard playground wise. All in all not bad.
